I had the pleasure of shooting Joy a while back. She is a very talented singer here at the International House of Prayer. We had a good time out wandering around the Crossroads District.

Jeff – My Dad

So I’ve been out of the blogging loop for a while. A while back I did some headshots for my dad. He is the director for Ichthus Ministries and was in need of some promo shots.

And yes, he and I look exactly alike (give or take a few years). We have some pictures of my dad from high school and they look just like me when I was in high school. Not only do we look exactly alike we also have so many of the same mannerisms including but not limited to: Talking to other drivers in condescending tones, Humming alternate bass lines to Jazz music because we think we know better and being slightly OCD about the most random and unimportant things.

I’ll be honest: it’s kinda nice to know I’ll be good looking at 50 (was that a compliment or back door bragging? I’ll let you decide).

This shot is more accurate than one might realize.

I did a shoot with Brianna the other evening. Her and her husband Gabe came over and we did a bit of a studio shoot. It was a lot of fun.

I had Gabe hop in for one. Aren’t they cute?

Season

A little while back I did a shoot with Season. She was applying at a modeling agency and needed some headshots. She was a lot of fun to shoot. She’s a natural in front of a camera and had some great poses.

We shot through sunset and caught some cool silhouettes. The scarf was Jennifer’s idea.

Marah

I recently did a shoot with Marah. She is a fantastic model who has done some fashion work with Standard. We had a great time wandering around downtown with her sister and Nick Loux.

This was a fun doorway.

There were a ton of cool doorways. We had to pass up a few.
